Junior Green Energy Program- Snap Circuits

We presented on green energy that was most relevant to the community, highlighted the importance of green energy in mitigating climate change and provided guidance on constructing a wind & solar green energy circuit. Through construction and experimenting with which energy sources were strongest, we saw firsthand the advantages of green energy, the importance of selecting green energy that is suitable for their community, as well as the benefits of diversifying their green energy options. Students then reflected on what energy source(s) they would select for their community and why.
