STEM Storytime: The Science of Taste

As part of Science Literacy Week, Lexie and Lenny are getting curious, asking questions, and discovering how people and animals explore the amazing world around them!
Today, they’re learning about taste and how taste buds help us detect different flavours and send information to our brains. Join them to read Dragons Love Tacos by Adam Rubin and complete a fun activity exploring the five basic tastes: sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami.
