Why become a #SciLit partner?
Take part in Canada’s biggest celebration of science culture with hundreds of others across the country. In turn, your organization will be recognized in the partners list on the #SciLit website, and your event will gain more visibility by being added to the national list of events.
How can you participate?
Are you passionate about science? Do you have a great idea for a fun science event, experience or book display that will get people excited about science? Become a Science Literacy Week partner! Here are some ideas on how you can participate:
- Organize a science workshop in your area
- Create a science book display
- Host a science-themed online webinar
- Share science book suggestions on social media
Host an event!
To host an event, create an account on the Partner hub, or sing-in your already existent account. Although #SciLit is not currently accepting event registrations, you can create your Partner hub account or access your already existent account to update your profile at any time.

Partners, get the word out!
Share your passion for science and promote your event by downloading the Science Literacy Week promotional toolkit that includes logos, posters, web banners, social media visuals and news release template.
Partners will have access to promotional materials to get the word out and be recognized as an official Science Literacy Week partner. The toolkit will be made available to partners on the website and on the Partner hub.
